Livrables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n&#039;est pas ce que l&#039;on ressent r\u00e9ellement lorsqu&#039;on est \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains voyages nous rappellent que voyager n&#039;est pas un processus lin\u00e9aire. C&#039;est mettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9preuve notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester op\u00e9rationnels lorsque les plans commencent \u00e0 d\u00e9railler. C&#039;est la v\u00e9ritable le\u00e7on que j&#039;ai tir\u00e9e de mon r\u00e9cent voyage en Inde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine m&#039;a offert trois exp\u00e9riences tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#039;abord, l&#039;hospitalit\u00e9 authentique de Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, une annulation de Lufthansa qui aurait pu compromettre totalement le retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et enfin, un voyage en train en Allemagne, \u00e9tonnamment humain, qui m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 que la gu\u00e9rison ne se fait pas toujours dans le silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensemble, ces exp\u00e9riences m&#039;ont appris davantage sur la r\u00e9silience en voyage que n&#039;importe quel itin\u00e9raire parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai atterri \u00e0 Mumbai avec environ une heure de retard, mais l&#039;arriv\u00e9e s&#039;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sans encombre. J&#039;\u00e9tais assis pr\u00e8s de l&#039;avant de l&#039;avion, mes papiers \u00e9taient pr\u00eats, je n&#039;avais qu&#039;un petit bagage cabine et j&#039;ai travers\u00e9 l&#039;a\u00e9roport sans probl\u00e8me. \u00c0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur, j&#039;ai retrouv\u00e9 mon chauffeur et nous sommes partis en ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce premier trajet a donn\u00e9 le ton. Nous avons crois\u00e9 des gratte-ciel et des bidonvilles au cours du m\u00eame voyage. Mumbai ne se pr\u00e9sentait pas comme une histoire simple. Elle s&#039;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e complexe, intense et authentique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#039;h\u00f4tel, je me suis enregistr\u00e9 t\u00f4t, j&#039;ai pris une douche, repass\u00e9 mes chemises et me suis bien repos\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le vol. Cette routine a eu une importance capitale. En voyage d&#039;affaires, ces petits gestes ne rel\u00e8vent pas de la vanit\u00e9. Ils sont essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Ils permettent de passer du statut de passager \u00e0 celui d&#039;acteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus tard dans le voyage, j&#039;ai v\u00e9cu l&#039;un des moments forts de la semaine : un d\u00eener \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4tel en Inde qui m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point la qualit\u00e9 d&#039;une exp\u00e9rience de voyage d\u00e9pend des rencontres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;avais volontairement opt\u00e9 pour des repas l\u00e9gers les matins et j&#039;avais un plan pr\u00e9cis pour le d\u00eener. Je souhaitais privil\u00e9gier les prot\u00e9ines autant que possible, tout en restant ouvert \u00e0 la cuisine locale. Sans rigidit\u00e9, sans imprudence, simplement attentif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9quilibre s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 payant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le personnel a fait bien plus que servir les plats. Il a v\u00e9ritablement accompagn\u00e9 mon exp\u00e9rience. Il s&#039;est renseign\u00e9 sur mes allergies, ma tol\u00e9rance aux \u00e9pices et mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Il m&#039;a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s locales, expliqu\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales et m&#039;a guid\u00e9 dans le buffet d&#039;une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s personnalis\u00e9e, loin de toute simple transaction. J&#039;ai ainsi pu go\u00fbter \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de plats indiens en petites portions, y compris des mets que je n&#039;aurais jamais choisis avec autant d&#039;assurance de moi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce repas m&#039;a marqu\u00e9 car il a mis en lumi\u00e8re une id\u00e9e essentielle\u00a0: l&#039;ouverture d&#039;esprit n&#039;est pas l&#039;oppos\u00e9 de la discipline. En voyage, l&#039;ouverture d&#039;esprit peut m\u00eame \u00eatre une forme de discipline. Il faut \u00eatre attentif pour rester curieux sans se perdre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit m&#039;animait encore mercredi soir, lorsque la phase suivante du voyage a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mal tourner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0&nbsp;<strong>18h26 mercredi<\/strong>, tout en rencontrant un coll\u00e8gue et en se pr\u00e9parant pour un&nbsp;<strong>19h00 d\u00eener<\/strong>&nbsp;Avec mes coll\u00e8gues indiens, j&#039;ai re\u00e7u la notification que mon vol retour Lufthansa \u00e9tait annul\u00e9 en raison de la gr\u00e8ve des pilotes. Mes vols initiaux devaient commencer le&nbsp;<strong>Jeudi \u00e0 22h45<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce genre de message peut g\u00e2cher toute une soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fois-ci, \u00e7a n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai gard\u00e9 mon calme, je suis rest\u00e9e concentr\u00e9e et j&#039;ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le d\u00eener avec mes coll\u00e8gues. Ce n&#039;est qu&#039;apr\u00e8s que je me suis mise \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la situation. J&#039;ai contact\u00e9 l&#039;agence de voyages et j&#039;ai pass\u00e9 beaucoup trop de temps en attente. Ils n&#039;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;aucune aide. Finalement, j&#039;ai trouv\u00e9 la meilleure solution\u00a0: Emirates via Duba\u00ef jusqu&#039;\u00e0 Munich. J&#039;ai attendu jeudi matin pour r\u00e9server et annuler mon itin\u00e9raire initial. Heureusement, le billet initial \u00e9tait remboursable, ce qui a \u00e9vit\u00e9 \u00e0 la compagnie une situation encore plus d\u00e9licate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeudi s&#039;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 globalement comme pr\u00e9vu. J&#039;ai visit\u00e9 l&#039;exposition puis suis rentr\u00e9 \u00e0 Bangalore. Mais m\u00eame l\u00e0-bas, le retour a connu quelques difficult\u00e9s. Seul un des trois vols de remplacement a pu \u00eatre confirm\u00e9 dans un premier temps, dont un vol SpiceJet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai ensuite r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un h\u00f4tel pr\u00e8s de l&#039;a\u00e9roport, juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du terminal des d\u00e9parts. Ce fut une excellente d\u00e9cision. J&#039;y ai d\u00een\u00e9 dans un buffet proposant une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de plats indiens en petites portions. Ce fut une conclusion \u00e9tonnamment positive \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur&nbsp;<strong>Vendredi matin, je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9 \u00e0 3h45.<\/strong>&nbsp;Afin de pr\u00e9voir suffisamment de temps pour les formalit\u00e9s a\u00e9roportuaires, cette pr\u00e9caution s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e justifi\u00e9e. Avant m\u00eame d&#039;atteindre la porte d&#039;embarquement, il fallait passer le contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour entrer dans l&#039;a\u00e9rogare, s&#039;enregistrer et d\u00e9poser ses bagages, passer un second contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, puis marcher longuement jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la porte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vol Bangalore-Mumbai avec SpiceJet \u00e9tait d&#039;un confort d\u00e9plorable. \u00c0 la fin du vol, j&#039;\u00e9tais simplement soulag\u00e9 de descendre de l&#039;avion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis vint le contraste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vol Emirates pour Duba\u00ef offrait une exp\u00e9rience totalement diff\u00e9rente. L&#039;avion \u00e9tait un&nbsp;<strong>777-300ER<\/strong>, La cabine \u00e9tait presque vide et j&#039;avais la rang\u00e9e pour moi tout seul. En raison des nombreuses annulations de vols pour Duba\u00ef, seul un petit nombre de passagers en correspondance \u00e9taient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 voyager. Il en r\u00e9sulta un vol \u00e9tonnamment calme et spacieux au sein d&#039;une cha\u00eene de transport par ailleurs chaotique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis repos\u00e9. J&#039;ai pris mon premier repas de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 bord. L&#039;\u00e9quipage \u00e9tait attentionn\u00e9. M\u00eame de petits d\u00e9tails, comme pouvoir se rafra\u00eechir correctement apr\u00e8s le vol, ont fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours de stress, ce vol ressemblait moins \u00e0 un transport qu&#039;\u00e0 une pause bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Duba\u00ef s&#039;est bien pass\u00e9e, et la correspondance aussi. Mais m\u00eame atterrir \u00e0 Munich ne signifiait pas que j&#039;\u00e9tais chez moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 l&#039;une des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s cach\u00e9es des voyages perturb\u00e9s\u00a0: l&#039;arriv\u00e9e n&#039;est pas synonyme d&#039;ach\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Munich, il m&#039;a fallu plus d&#039;une heure pour passer le contr\u00f4le des passeports, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer mes bagages et passer la douane. Pendant ce temps, j&#039;ai r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un h\u00f4tel pr\u00e8s de la gare centrale et trouv\u00e9 le train dont j&#039;aurais besoin le lendemain matin pour rejoindre l&#039;a\u00e9roport de Leipzig, o\u00f9 ma voiture m&#039;attendait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai pris le S-Bahn jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la gare centrale de Munich (M\u00fcnchen Hauptbahnhof), je me suis enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4tel, j&#039;ai sorti ma brosse \u00e0 dents et mon dentifrice, je me suis rafra\u00eechi, j&#039;ai recharg\u00e9 mes appareils et je suis all\u00e9 me coucher. Rien de glamour, certes. Mais indispensable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samedi matin, je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9 vers&nbsp;<strong>07:00<\/strong>&nbsp;J&#039;ai alors fait un autre choix important\u00a0: j&#039;ai fait une s\u00e9ance de sport sur le tapis roulant avant le petit-d\u00e9jeuner et avant de reprendre la route. Ce petit retour \u00e0 la routine a chang\u00e9 le cours de ma journ\u00e9e. Je ne me contentais plus de survivre \u00e0 la perturbation\u00a0; je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 m&#039;en remettre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis vint le voyage en train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et, de fa\u00e7on inattendue, c&#039;est cette image \u00e9motionnelle dont je me souviens le plus clairement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le train qui me menait vers le nord, j&#039;ai entam\u00e9 la conversation avec plusieurs personnes int\u00e9ressantes. Dans un wagon, un groupe de supporters d&#039;un club sportif \u00e9tait en pleine f\u00eate. Ils m&#039;ont invit\u00e9 \u00e0 me joindre \u00e0 eux, et pendant un moment, j&#039;ai accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce moment est important car la r\u00e9silience est souvent d\u00e9crite de mani\u00e8re trop restrictive. On la r\u00e9duit au sto\u00efcisme, \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de soi ou \u00e0 l&#039;endurance. Ces qualit\u00e9s sont certes importantes. Mais la r\u00e9silience est aussi sociale. Parfois, le r\u00e9tablissement commence par un peu de rire, en se connectant \u00e0 l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re environnante et en se permettant de retrouver son \u00e9nergie humaine normale apr\u00e8s des jours de stress op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le train, j&#039;ai pris le S-Bahn, je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;a\u00e9roport, j&#039;ai pay\u00e9 le suppl\u00e9ment de parking, j&#039;ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 la voiture, j&#039;ai fait le plein de diesel, j&#039;ai ajout\u00e9 de l&#039;AdBlue, j&#039;ai not\u00e9 qu&#039;une r\u00e9vision serait bient\u00f4t n\u00e9cessaire et j&#039;ai conduit la derni\u00e8re heure jusqu&#039;\u00e0 chez moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis rentr\u00e9 chez moi \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>16h00 samedi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, j&#039;\u00e9tais fatigu\u00e9e mais \u00e9trangement excit\u00e9e. J&#039;\u00e9tais soulag\u00e9e. Et surtout, j&#039;\u00e9tais heureuse d&#039;\u00eatre de retour chez moi, en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sentiment final a donn\u00e9 un sens \u00e0 toute ma semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9silience dans le secteur des voyages ne consiste pas \u00e0 faire comme si les perturbations ne vous affectaient pas. Elles vous affectent. Elles co\u00fbtent de l&#039;\u00e9nergie. Elles cr\u00e9ent des frictions. Elles mettent la patience \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve et transforment la logistique en une cha\u00eene de d\u00e9cisions absurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9silience, c&#039;est autre chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela vous permet de garder votre sang-froid lorsque vous recevez le message d&#039;annulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle appr\u00e9cie tout de m\u00eame son d\u00eener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me suivant au lieu de dramatiser toute la cha\u00eene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit de savoir quand r\u00e9server l&#039;h\u00f4tel pr\u00e8s de l&#039;a\u00e9roport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est choisir le sommeil plut\u00f4t que l&#039;h\u00e9ro\u00efsme forc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je reprends mes habitudes avec une s\u00e9ance de tapis roulant et le petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il reste ouvert \u00e0 tous, du personnel h\u00f4telier indien aux inconnus voyageant dans un train allemand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et cela continue jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que toute la s\u00e9quence soit effectivement termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce voyage m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 que la forme la plus efficace de discipline en voyage n&#039;est pas un contr\u00f4le rigide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est un sang-froid adaptatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plans sont importants. Les syst\u00e8mes sont importants. Mais sur la route, le v\u00e9ritable talent consiste \u00e0 rester suffisamment ouvert pour recevoir de l&#039;aide, suffisamment structur\u00e9 pour prendre de bonnes d\u00e9cisions et suffisamment calme pour continuer d&#039;avancer lorsque le plan initial a disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 ce que m&#039;a appris cette semaine en Inde, \u00e0 Duba\u00ef, \u00e0 Munich, \u00e0 Leipzig et lors du dernier trajet en voiture pour rentrer chez moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les voyages ne sont pas synonymes de confort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais m\u00eame un itin\u00e9raire chaotique peut vous apprendre
