Le plus int\u00e9ressant n&#039;\u00e9tait pas le voyage en lui-m\u00eame, mais plut\u00f4t la fa\u00e7on dont de petites d\u00e9cisions \u2013 bouger, je\u00fbner, s&#039;hydrater et respecter quelques r\u00e8gles strictes \u2013 ont permis d&#039;\u00e9viter que la semaine ne tourne au fiasco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lundi : mouvement d&#039;abord, je\u00fbne volontaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4tel de l&#039;a\u00e9roport de Lyon et j&#039;ai fait ma routine d&#039;entra\u00eenement de base\u00a0: pompes, squats, marche de l&#039;ours, gainage. Rien d&#039;h\u00e9ro\u00efque, juste de quoi r\u00e9veiller mon syst\u00e8me nerveux avant de prendre la voiture et d&#039;encha\u00eener avec des r\u00e9unions toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai alors opt\u00e9 pour la marche jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ma voiture de location plut\u00f4t que le bus. J&#039;\u00e9tais \u00e0 jeun\u00a0: mon dernier repas remontait \u00e0 16\u00a0h la veille, et le premier \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu pour le d\u00e9jeuner avec les clients. Ce choix n&#039;\u00e9tait pas motiv\u00e9 par la souffrance, mais par le d\u00e9sir de gagner du temps et de me recentrer. Quand on sait qu&#039;on va \u00eatre contraint de rester assis, on peut soit accepter la passivit\u00e9, soit anticiper ses mouvements et garder le contr\u00f4le de sa journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mardi : La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la zone 2 sous l&#039;effet des transports<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 par des s\u00e9ances sur tapis roulant en essayant de me concentrer au maximum sur la zone 2. M\u00eame cela s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 plus difficile que pr\u00e9vu. Maintenir un rythme cardiaque de 147 bpm ou moins me donnait l&#039;impression de lutter contre les lois de la physique. Je devais ralentir fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 la physiologie du voyage en une phrase :&nbsp;<em>Ce qui est facile \u00e0 la maison peut \u00eatre difficile sur la route.<\/em>&nbsp;Le sommeil change. Le stress change. Les nouveaux environnements changent. La victoire n&#039;est pas une question d&#039;ego. La victoire, c&#039;est de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer dans son entra\u00eenement, m\u00eame lorsque le rythme n&#039;est pas \u00e0 la hauteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reste de la journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 aux clients et aux coll\u00e8gues. Ensuite, je suis parti de Valence pour Lyon afin de prendre un vol pour Londres le lendemain matin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de cela\u00a0: j\u2019ai appris l\u2019importance de la flexibilit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el. Un changement de derni\u00e8re minute a boulevers\u00e9 mon programme de voyage en Inde\u00a0: Mumbai et Chennai au lieu de Mumbai et Bangalore. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mes billets flexibles et \u00e0 mes h\u00f4tels annulables, j\u2019ai pu m\u2019adapter sans paniquer. Ce n\u2019est pas de la chance, c\u2019est une m\u00e9thode efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mercredi : frictions administratives et le pi\u00e8ge du salon<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Partir t\u00f4t le matin a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une nouvelle contrainte\u00a0: impossible d\u2019obtenir ma carte d\u2019embarquement pour le deuxi\u00e8me vol. Au comptoir, j\u2019ai appris qu\u2019une heure d\u2019arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue \u00e9tait requise, et toute la journ\u00e9e d\u00e9pendait d\u00e9sormais d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure mobile\u00a0: t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement d\u2019une application, scan de la puce du passeport, selfie, envoi, courriel de confirmation, approbation finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ce processus avait \u00e9chou\u00e9, je me serais retrouv\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a a fonctionn\u00e9. J&#039;ai gard\u00e9 mon sang-froid. Et c&#039;est plus important qu&#039;on ne le croit. Le calme n&#039;est pas un trait de caract\u00e8re, c&#039;est une comp\u00e9tence essentielle en voyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Francfort, j&#039;ai utilis\u00e9 le salon comme j&#039;aime l&#039;utiliser\u00a0: pour m&#039;hydrater et partir. J&#039;ai rempli ma bouteille, bu de l&#039;eau, puis un petit caf\u00e9 noir. J&#039;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 du UniMate et je l&#039;ai emport\u00e9 en cabine. Ma r\u00e8gle \u00e9tait simple\u00a0:&nbsp;<em>Le salon n&#039;est pas un buffet ; c&#039;est une halte.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis vint l&#039;\u00e9preuve de patience\u00a0: d\u00e9part retard\u00e9, attente en vol, puis attente \u00e0 la porte d&#039;embarquement apr\u00e8s l&#039;atterrissage. Chaque jour semblait inventer de nouvelles salles d&#039;attente. La seule chose \u00e0 faire \u00e9tait de se ma\u00eetriser\u00a0: respirer, marcher, et surtout ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 la frustration et se jeter sur la nourriture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s mon arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres, je suis all\u00e9e directement de l&#039;a\u00e9roport \u00e0 ExCeL \u2013 c&#039;\u00e9tait ma premi\u00e8re fois \u2013 en tra\u00eenant ma valise cabine \u00e0 roulettes, car attendre l&#039;enregistrement \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4tel m&#039;aurait fait perdre du temps et de l&#039;\u00e9nergie. Ce choix s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 judicieux. Les salons professionnels sont tout le contraire de la prospection \u00e0 froid\u00a0: clients actuels et potentiels r\u00e9unis au m\u00eame endroit, \u00e9changes denses et dynamiques. Je suis rest\u00e9e de midi \u00e0 17\u00a0h et j&#039;ai choisi de ne pas manger avant ni pendant. Cette flexibilit\u00e9 alimentaire se traduit par une efficacit\u00e9 accrue au travail, surtout lorsqu&#039;on n&#039;est pas contraint par les horaires des repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonus\u00a0: j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il y avait aussi une exposition spatiale au m\u00eame endroit et je me suis inscrit pour le lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jeudi : tourisme express + expositions + le pi\u00e8ge de la bo\u00eete mail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeudi matin, j&#039;ai fait un petit tour de d\u00e9couverte rapide. Mon Fitbit \u00e9tait presque pr\u00eat (36\/100), mais la r\u00e9compense \u00e9tait \u00e0 la hauteur\u00a0: une matin\u00e9e ensoleill\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres et la d\u00e9couverte de monuments embl\u00e9matiques, notamment les Horse Guards pr\u00e8s de Buckingham Palace. Je suis s\u00fbre de ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en zone 2, et ce n&#039;est pas grave. Toutes les sorties ne sont pas des courses de performance. Certaines sont des sorties pour se faire une id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La chambre d&#039;h\u00f4tel s&#039;est alors transform\u00e9e en pi\u00e8ge\u00a0: courriels et messages de coll\u00e8gues, une charge cognitive qui ressemble \u00e0 du \u201c\u00a0travail\u00a0\u201d mais qui, insidieusement, grignote la journ\u00e9e. Malgr\u00e9 tout, je suis parvenu \u00e0 m&#039;\u00e9chapper et \u00e0 visiter les expositions Data Centers et Space \u00e0 ExCeL en empruntant la ligne Elizabeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce soir-l\u00e0, je suis parti vers le nord pour d\u00eener en famille, puis j&#039;ai fait mes bagages et dormi avant de me lever t\u00f4t le lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vendredi : panne de transport, erreur co\u00fbteuse et victoire du r\u00e9tablissement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendredi, il n&#039;y avait qu&#039;une seule journ\u00e9e de voyage entre Londres et Leipzig, et c&#039;\u00e9tait un test de r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9 \u00e0 5 h 20 et j&#039;ai constat\u00e9 que la ligne Piccadilly \u00e9tait hors service. Le service de remplacement a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9. Dans une situation pareille, soit on panique, soit on applique un plan B d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9. J&#039;avais test\u00e9 ce plan la veille\u00a0: marcher ou courir jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la station de la ligne Elizabeth et continuer \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai couru. J&#039;y suis arriv\u00e9. Je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;a\u00e9roport. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 s&#039;est bien pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus tard, lors d&#039;un vol retard\u00e9, j&#039;ai fait une sieste de 90 minutes. Cette sieste m&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cieuse. Les retards sont soit du temps vol\u00e9, soit du temps gagn\u00e9\u00a0; le sommeil, lui, le transforme en un capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les salons de Munich et de Francfort, j&#039;ai appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00eame discipline\u00a0: eau, caf\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande, plages horaires d\u00e9di\u00e9es au travail, et surtout, pas de grignotage. J&#039;ai m\u00eame perfectionn\u00e9 le rituel UniMate en le m\u00e9langeant avec de l&#039;eau plate et en compl\u00e9tant avec de l&#039;eau gazeuse pour varier les plaisirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis ma chance a tourn\u00e9, non pas \u00e0 cause de l&#039;a\u00e9roport, mais \u00e0 cause d&#039;une erreur d&#039;\u00e9tiquetage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Francfort, j&#039;ai mis mon r\u00e9veil \u00e0 17h00 car je pensais que l&#039;heure de vol (17h10) \u00e9tait l&#039;heure d&#039;embarquement. L&#039;embarquement \u00e9tait \u00e0 16h40. Je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 17h10 comme pr\u00e9vu, mais mon planning \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur le mauvais horaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9teste les erreurs, surtout celles qui co\u00fbtent de l&#039;argent et qui sont v\u00e9cues comme une humiliation. Je suis fier d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e0 l&#039;heure. Celle-ci a touch\u00e9 mon ego et a empi\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le temps pass\u00e9 en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai appel\u00e9 ma famille. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compr\u00e9hensifs et m&#039;ont beaucoup soutenu. Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un moment facile, au contraire, c&#039;\u00e9tait un moment fort. Un v\u00e9ritable soutien transforme une situation difficile en une situation surmontable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout en parcourant le terminal et en discutant, j&#039;ai pratiqu\u00e9 la respiration profonde pour me d\u00e9tendre. \u00c7a a fonctionn\u00e9. J&#039;ai r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un autre vol pour 22h et j&#039;ai pay\u00e9 les frais. J&#039;ai pass\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e sans calories et j&#039;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de profiter de ce je\u00fbne pour me ressourcer apr\u00e8s un repas copieux la veille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai ensuite appliqu\u00e9 la correction : je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 la porte&nbsp;<strong>15 minutes avant l&#039;embarquement<\/strong>&nbsp;Pour plus de confort et de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable le\u00e7on\u00a0: on ne r\u00e9sout pas les probl\u00e8mes actuels en se d\u00e9testant soi-m\u00eame. On les r\u00e9sout gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de meilleurs syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Week-end : remise \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e0 la maison, rythme familial et prochain lancement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis rentr\u00e9e \u00e0 minuit, j&#039;ai dormi et je me suis r\u00e9veill\u00e9e avec l&#039;odeur de cr\u00eapes \u2013 classiques et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes \u2013 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es par mon fils a\u00een\u00e9 et son ami. J&#039;ai rompu un je\u00fbne d&#039;environ 36 heures avec un bouillon d&#039;os, puis une boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e, puis une cr\u00eape de chaque type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samedi, c&#039;\u00e9tait famille et t\u00e2ches pratiques\u00a0: d\u00e9ballage des cartons, une longue liste de choses \u00e0 faire, refaire les valises pour l&#039;Inde et construction d&#039;une cabane dans les arbres avec mon plus jeune. J&#039;en ai pay\u00e9 le prix fort avec mes allergies (le pollen de bouleau et de noisetier est mon pire ennemi), puis j&#039;ai pris une douche pour me ressourcer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimanche, nous avons pris des chemins diff\u00e9rents\u00a0: les gar\u00e7ons sont partis pour la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord et moi pour Mumbai. Nous avons gard\u00e9 notre promenade matinale habituelle pour acheter des petits pains, bavard\u00e9 avec les voisins, pris le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, puis j\u2019ai v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 ma liste de voyage\u00a0: visa, passeport, portefeuille, r\u00e9servation de parking, m\u00e9dicaments contre les allergies. Trajet sans encombre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Leipzig, embarquement sans probl\u00e8me et vol tranquille\u00a0: sommeil, lecture, livres audio. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9&nbsp;<em>Un festin pour les corbeaux<\/em>. Nous avons atterri t\u00f4t \u00e0 Francfort, et j&#039;ai d\u00e9clin\u00e9 le chocolat qu&#039;on m&#039;offrait afin de pr\u00e9server mon \u00e9quilibre calorique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La semaine en une ligne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Travel a tent\u00e9 de faire \u00e9chouer le plan.
