Les vols perturbent l&#039;hydratation. Les r\u00e9unions d\u00e9calent les repas. Le sommeil est fragment\u00e9 par les d\u00e9calages horaires. M\u00eame une routine bien rod\u00e9e devient chaotique lorsque le rythme est rompu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce protocole s&#039;inscrit dans un cadre plus large.\u00a0<strong><a contrainte\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article documente cette phase \u2014 non pas sous forme de conseils, ni de th\u00e9orie, mais sous forme de donn\u00e9es de terrain n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant ce protocole, j&#039;ai eu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fen\u00eatres de je\u00fbne structur\u00e9es et maintenues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poursuite de l&#039;entra\u00eenement a\u00e9robie en zone 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>J&#039;ai travers\u00e9 plusieurs fuseaux horaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semaines de gestion d&#039;une charge de travail cognitive \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour les \u00e9preuves d&#039;endurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les performances \u00e9taient stables, mais le bruit du signal augmentait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La VFC a fluctu\u00e9 davantage que pr\u00e9vu apr\u00e8s les semaines de voyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La glyc\u00e9mie matinale variait en fonction de important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouveaut\u00e9 engendre souvent un \u00e9lan artificiel. Ce ne fut pas le cas ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout de 5 jours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les baisses d&#039;\u00e9nergie de l&#039;apr\u00e8s-midi ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9e dans l&#039;apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durabilit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compos\u00e9s de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai observ\u00e9 une volatilit\u00e9 similaire de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique lors d&#039;exp\u00e9riences de je\u00fbne prolong\u00e9 telles que\u2026\u00a0<strong><a
