Des r\u00e9unions chez les clients. Le d\u00e9calage horaire qui vous emp\u00eache de d\u00e9marrer correctement. Et apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9unions\u00a0? La deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e\u00a0: suivis, rattrapage du travail habituel et pr\u00e9paration du lundi en Irlande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de semaines comme celle-ci, les gens prennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#039;une de ces deux directions\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c Je suis en voyage, donc ma sant\u00e9 est en pause. \u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c Je dois \u00eatre parfait \u201d, un id\u00e9al qui s&#039;effondre d\u00e8s le deuxi\u00e8me jour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai d\u00e9couvert une troisi\u00e8me option\u00a0: maintenir le syst\u00e8me en mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela ne signifie pas un entra\u00eenement maximal ni un suivi complexe. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une routine minimale efficace qui emp\u00eache la semaine de s&#039;enliser.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai r\u00e9ellement fait<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Course \u00e0 pied matinale \u00e0 jeun avant les r\u00e9unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas h\u00e9ro\u00efque. Juste r\u00e9gulier. M\u00eame les courses courtes procurent un sentiment de contr\u00f4le quand tout le reste est planifi\u00e9 par quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union : travail + fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9unions, j&#039;avais encore du travail \u00e0 faire\u00a0; l&#039;objectif n&#039;\u00e9tait donc pas de m&#039;imposer des s\u00e9ances d&#039;entra\u00eenement punitives. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait d&#039;\u00e9viter que la \u201c\u00a0fatigue d\u00e9cisionnelle\u00a0\u201d ne se traduise par une alimentation d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e et une s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 totale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La routine de voyage hebdomadaire qui me convient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9placez-vous t\u00f4t (m\u00eame 20 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une courte s\u00e9ance de musculation cette semaine-l\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repas riches en prot\u00e9ines lorsque les options sont chaotiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les friandises sont intentionnelles (choisissez-les, ne vous laissez pas aller).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;est pas un programme de transformation. C&#039;est un programme de stabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi je pense que cela fonctionne (sans exag\u00e9ration)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tissu adipeux n&#039;est pas un simple lieu de stockage passif.
