\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9prouvante \u2014 et pour cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de travail en interne pendant la journ\u00e9e, puis les soir\u00e9es (du mercredi au samedi) consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de mon site web afin qu&#039;il devienne une plateforme fiable pour tout ce que je d\u00e9veloppe.&nbsp;<em>Wellness by Michael Tomasini<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la charge de travail, cette semaine s&#039;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre l&#039;une des plus pr\u00e9cieuses que j&#039;aie enregistr\u00e9es jusqu&#039;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, car j&#039;ai enfin d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un contrat.&nbsp;<strong>valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mesur\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai effectu\u00e9 un diagnostic de performance Spoorth (test VO\u2082), j&#039;ai rendu les r\u00e9sultats publics, puis je les ai imm\u00e9diatement confirm\u00e9s par une course le samedi o\u00f9 l&#039;objectif n&#039;\u00e9tait pas la vitesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;\u00e9tait de l&#039;ob\u00e9issance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restez dans la plage de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque basse prescrite par le test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En prime, mon Fitbit a essay\u00e9 de transformer la course en un film \u00e0 suspense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0: VO\u2082max, VT2\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zone A (facile \/ a\u00e9robique) :<\/strong>\u00a0&lt;147 bpm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zone B (mod\u00e9r\u00e9e) r\u00e8gle de la course facile (l&#039;ancre de ce bloc)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce bloc d&#039;entra\u00eenement n&#039;est pas consacr\u00e9 aux entra\u00eenements de h\u00e9ros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit de rester suffisamment longtemps sous le seuil ventilatoire 1 (VT1) pour que le syst\u00e8me a\u00e9robie puisse faire ce qu&#039;il fait le mieux\u00a0: Il s&#039;agit de rester constamment sous le VT1.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Texte alternatif\u00a0: Fiche de r\u00e8gles de course facile montrant la cible de la zone A inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 147 bpm bas\u00e9e sur VT1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e9ance du samedi\u00a0: premi\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019ob\u00e9issance (avec des chiffres r\u00e9els)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Samedi, j&#039;ai effectu\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re course apr\u00e8s les tests en laboratoire o\u00f9 l&#039;objectif n&#039;\u00e9tait pas la vitesse, mais la conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoorth dit que mon travail en zone A se trouve en dessous&nbsp;<strong>147 bpm<\/strong>, c&#039;\u00e9tait donc le point d&#039;ancrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme la batterie de mon Fitbit a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 \u00e0 32%, la course a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9e en deux enregistrements\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partie 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4,86 km \u2022 32:52<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allure : 6 min 45 s\/km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altitude : +84 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fr\u00e9quence cardiaque moyenne : 129 bpm (max. 149)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partie 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6,14 km \u2022 40:18<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allure : 6 min 33 s\/km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altitude : +58 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fr\u00e9quence cardiaque moyenne : 141 bpm (pic \u00e0 172)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Globalement, j&#039;ai pass\u00e9 la majeure partie de la course l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je le souhaitais :&nbsp;<strong>59% en zone A (115\u2013147 bpm)<\/strong>, avec un certain d\u00e9bordement vers les zones sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;est pas un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9tition r\u00e9aliste dans une nouvelle discipline d&#039;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;essentiel : je change ma fa\u00e7on de m&#039;entra\u00eener<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En analysant les donn\u00e9es des 365 derniers jours, une tendance se d\u00e9gage : j&#039;ai toujours consacr\u00e9 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement intensif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce bloc d&#039;entra\u00eenement marque une transition d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e vers un travail de base a\u00e9robie, car c&#039;est le moteur dont j&#039;aurai besoin pour le semi-marathon d&#039;avril et la pr\u00e9paration au marathon d&#039;automne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;angoisse de la batterie du Fitbit (une m\u00e9taphore \u00e9tonnamment parfaite)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La course a connu une intrigue secondaire inattendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, mon Fitbit affichait 32%. Panique moderne garantie\u00a0:&nbsp;<em>Et si je perds les donn\u00e9es ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mi-chemin, j&#039;ai interrompu l&#039;enregistrement pour en sauvegarder au moins une partie. Batterie\u00a0: 22%. J&#039;ai red\u00e9marr\u00e9, v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 le niveau de batterie comme un contr\u00f4leur a\u00e9rien f\u00e9brile, et il est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 16%\u2026 puis est rest\u00e9 stable jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la fin de l&#039;enregistrement, comme s&#039;il avait atteint l&#039;illumination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr\u00f4le, mais aussi en accord avec le th\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car cette phase ne se contente pas d&#039;entra\u00eener mon syst\u00e8me a\u00e9robie. Elle entra\u00eene aussi mon syst\u00e8me nerveux\u00a0: puis-je rester calme, rester dans la zone A et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer dans cette t\u00e2che simple suffisamment longtemps pour qu&#039;elle porte ses fruits\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prochaine \u00e9tape de ce module\u00a0: un dispositif portable capable de supporter des s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement a\u00e9robiques longues et monotones sans que l\u2019autonomie de la batterie ne devienne le personnage principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration fait partie du programme (ce n&#039;est pas une r\u00e9compense).<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimanche, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9ance de sauna aux thermes de Greifenstein avec ma femme, des amis et les gar\u00e7ons. Les enfants se sont d\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9s sur les toboggans aquatiques. Les adultes, eux, ont profit\u00e9 d&#039;un moment de d\u00e9tente absolue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour \u00e0 la maison\u00a0: exp\u00e9rience culinaire (pudding au jus de pommes), aide aux devoirs, puis retour au travail sur le site web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, mais elle avait du rythme :&nbsp;<strong>Construire, se remettre, reconstruire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le tiroir \u00e0 noix : une am\u00e9lioration plus saine qui a encore besoin d&#039;un syst\u00e8me<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Samedi a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par deux achats discr\u00e8tement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De nouveaux skis de fond (les miens \u00e9taient quasiment des pi\u00e8ces de mus\u00e9e, vestiges de mes ann\u00e9es lyc\u00e9e). Cela renforce notre d\u00e9fi familial\u00a0: relever ensemble des d\u00e9fis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration spontan\u00e9e, mais efficace, du rangement des aliments gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des r\u00e9cipients en verre. Cela a conduit \u00e0 la transformation de ce qui \u00e9tait auparavant un tiroir \u00e0 en-cas classique en\u2026 un tiroir \u00e0 noix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, tout est bien rang\u00e9\u00a0: cacahu\u00e8tes, noix, noix de p\u00e9can, noix de cajou, noisettes, et bien d\u2019autres. Il reste un sachet de chocolat noir 75%, mais la plupart des bonbons ont disparu depuis le troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2025 environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici la v\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Points positifs\u00a0: choix de collations de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et meilleure organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mauvais point\u00a0: les noix sont riches en \u00e9nergie, et&nbsp;<em>organis\u00e9 + acc\u00e8s facile<\/em>&nbsp;peut se transformer tranquillement en&nbsp;<em>calories suppl\u00e9mentaires involontaires<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur d&#039;une fen\u00eatre de restauration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;environnement s&#039;est am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me doit maintenant devenir plus intelligent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu&#039;est-ce qui change la semaine prochaine ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;\u00e9tait un&nbsp;<strong>infrastructure de base<\/strong>&nbsp;semaine.
