Ce seul fait a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 ce mois une tout autre saveur. Au lieu des a\u00e9roports et des h\u00f4tels, j&#039;ai profit\u00e9 de quelque chose qui me manque souvent : une routine stable \u00e0 la maison et plus de temps en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 entra\u00eenement, j&#039;ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 progresser en vue du semi-marathon de Colmar. J&#039;ai poursuivi mes courses.&nbsp;<strong>je\u00fbne<\/strong>&nbsp;et j&#039;ai augment\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mon kilom\u00e9trage. Pas de perc\u00e9e spectaculaire, juste un travail constant, semaine apr\u00e8s semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela peut para\u00eetre \u00e9trange, mais \u201c ne pas voyager \u201d peut constituer une forme de discipline \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Lorsque la vie s&#039;apaise, on se lib\u00e8re du carcan ext\u00e9rieur qui, parfois, nous impose la simplicit\u00e9. Chez soi, les possibilit\u00e9s se multiplient\u00a0: les en-cas sont \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main, les horaires sont plus souples et il devient plus facile de se laisser porter par le courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai donc abord\u00e9 ces semaines comme une phase d&#039;entra\u00eenement avec un seul objectif\u00a0: me constituer une base solide pour la saison des d\u00e9placements. La priorit\u00e9 n&#039;\u00e9tait pas l&#039;intensit\u00e9, mais la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines m&#039;ont rappel\u00e9 que la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, m\u00eame la plus banale, est une force. En encha\u00eenant des s\u00e9ances de course \u00e0 jeun et un kilom\u00e9trage constant, sans me compliquer la vie, je retrouve une forme physique sur laquelle je peux compter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela m&#039;a aussi rappel\u00e9 combien le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison est important, non seulement sur le plan \u00e9motionnel, mais aussi pratique. Plus de sommeil, moins de contraintes logistiques, des repas plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s quand je le souhaite et une meilleure r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. C&#039;est le genre d&#039;avantage invisible qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le pleinement le jour de la course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le petit focus de la semaine prochaine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisissez une action simple et efficace, et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez-la trois fois cette semaine\u00a0: m\u00eame heure, m\u00eame parcours, m\u00eame objectif.
