Nous l&#039;avons choisi par curiosit\u00e9. Nous voulions d\u00e9couvrir les r\u00e9actions de notre corps et le faire de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, en \u00e9tant attentifs \u00e0 nos sensations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>49 heures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce chiffre est devenu notre atout pour cette tentative \u2013 pas de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire, mais clairement. Nous sentions que nous approchions du point o\u00f9 la poursuite de cette exp\u00e9rience utile se transformerait en une \u00e9preuve que nous aurions men\u00e9e \u00e0 bien juste pour pouvoir dire que nous l&#039;avions fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous sommes donc arr\u00eat\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine \u00e9tait bien diff\u00e9rente des semaines pass\u00e9es dans les a\u00e9roports et les r\u00e9unions clients. Elle s&#039;inscrivait n\u00e9anmoins dans le m\u00eame esprit\u00a0: mettre en place une routine suffisamment simple pour \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et suffisamment fiable pour \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un je\u00fbne prolong\u00e9 n&#039;est pas forc\u00e9ment \u201c meilleur \u201d. Son int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9side dans l&#039;apprentissage, et notamment dans la connaissance de ses propres limites actuelles, compte tenu de sa charge d&#039;entra\u00eenement, de son sommeil, de son stress et de son emploi du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine, il ne s&#039;agissait pas de forcer les choses, mais de cartographier le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment nous avons rompu le je\u00fbne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons rompu le je\u00fbne intentionnellement et en douceur :&nbsp;<strong>\u00c9quilibre<\/strong>, alors&nbsp;<strong>prot\u00e9ine l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas d&#039;exc\u00e8s. Pas de repas triomphal. Juste une reprise en douceur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et la plus grande surprise, c&#039;\u00e9tait \u00e0 quel point tout semblait normal. On se sentait bien. L&#039;exp\u00e9rience ne s&#039;est pas termin\u00e9e en apoth\u00e9ose, mais dans la clart\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine m&#039;a appris la diff\u00e9rence entre discipline et ego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La discipline consiste \u00e0 choisir une exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 s&#039;y tenir tant qu&#039;elle est utile. L&#039;ego, c&#039;est persister au-del\u00e0 de ce point d&#039;utilit\u00e9 simplement pour augmenter le nombre de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#039;arr\u00eater \u00e0 49 heures n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un abandon. C&#039;\u00e9tait mener le test \u00e0 son terme exactement comme pr\u00e9vu\u00a0: nous avons trouv\u00e9 le mur, nous avons appris o\u00f9 il se situait et nous avons conserv\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience suffisamment positive pour \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 renouveler l&#039;exp\u00e9rience plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le petit focus de la semaine prochaine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisissez une petite \u201c condition d\u2019arr\u00eat \u201d pour une exp\u00e9rience avant de la commencer.
