Le voyage a ensuite d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 les mus\u00e9es et les promenades en ville pour se concentrer sur quelque chose de plus personnel\u00a0: du temps avec mes proches, et un m\u00e9lange typiquement am\u00e9ricain de gastronomie, de chaleur et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences inoubliables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons pass\u00e9 du bon temps ensemble, fait une croisi\u00e8re sur le fleuve, visit\u00e9 les monuments de Memphis (dont la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pyramide) et mang\u00e9 du barbecue comme il se doit \u00e0 Memphis\u00a0: \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, avec enthousiasme et sans aucune illusion sur la mod\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame lors d&#039;un voyage comme celui-ci, j&#039;ai conserv\u00e9 ma routine la plus simple : j&#039;ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire&nbsp;<strong>courses \u00e0 jeun<\/strong>&nbsp;et des s\u00e9ances d&#039;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 jeun. Voyager met toujours la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9preuve, et j&#039;ai appris que la meilleure approche n&#039;est pas de viser la perfection, mais de pr\u00e9server une ou deux habitudes qui emp\u00eachent le reste de la semaine de d\u00e9raper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La surprise de cette semaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 de constater \u00e0 quel point l&#039;entra\u00eenement est devenu convivial. Mon meilleur ami et moi avons retrouv\u00e9 un groupe de locaux pour&nbsp;<strong>Entra\u00eenements \u00e0 5h00 du matin<\/strong>. Nous nous sommes entra\u00een\u00e9s trois fois pendant le s\u00e9jour \u2014 course \u00e0 pied et exercices au poids du corps \u2014 suffisamment t\u00f4t pour que le reste de la journ\u00e9e puisse \u00eatre consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#039;entra\u00eener avant l&#039;aube avec d&#039;autres personnes, c&#039;est quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial. C&#039;est comme un accord tacite\u00a0: on est l\u00e0, on travaille, et on n&#039;a pas besoin d&#039;en parler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nourriture, f\u00eate et r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas une semaine consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 une alimentation saine, et ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas le but. C&#039;\u00e9tait une semaine de f\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons mang\u00e9 du porc effiloch\u00e9 (la fameuse version de mon ami), go\u00fbt\u00e9 au barbecue dans plusieurs institutions de Memphis et savour\u00e9 des repas m\u00e9morables parce qu&#039;ils sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 des moments, et non \u00e0 des valeurs nutritionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un des moments les plus surr\u00e9alistes : j&#039;ai pu conduire sa voiture&nbsp;<strong>Shelby Cobra<\/strong>\u2014 Ma voiture de r\u00eave. C&#039;est le genre de moment qui se passe de l\u00e9gende. Il reste grav\u00e9 dans la m\u00e9moire comme la preuve que la vie est parfois d&#039;une g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 incroyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un moment familial qui est rest\u00e9 grav\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9moires<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant notre s\u00e9jour, nous avons f\u00eat\u00e9 l&#039;anniversaire de mon fils a\u00een\u00e9. Nous l&#039;avons emmen\u00e9 faire les courses pour lui acheter un g\u00e2teau, et les deux gar\u00e7ons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 stup\u00e9faits par la quantit\u00e9 de malbouffe dans le magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;\u00e9tait un de ces moments o\u00f9 l&#039;on porte un regard neuf sur son propre environnement. Quand les adolescents sont choqu\u00e9s par le choix, on r\u00e9alise \u00e0 quel point le paysage alimentaire est complexe et combien il est facile de s&#039;y habituer quand on a grandi dedans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 que le bien-\u00eatre ne consiste pas \u00e0 \u00e9viter les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;avoir des points d&#039;ancrage qui nous permettent de garder l&#039;\u00e9quilibre lorsque la vie devient mouvement\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, le point d&#039;ancrage, c&#039;est le mouvement, surtout le mouvement d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. Si je m&#039;entra\u00eene t\u00f4t, tout le reste s&#039;encha\u00eene plus naturellement. Je suis plus pr\u00e9sent par la suite. Je fais de meilleurs choix sans les forcer.
