Au lieu de lutter contre ce chaos, je l&#039;ai apprivois\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours du voyage, je suis pass\u00e9 de repas r\u00e9guliers \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>un repas par jour<\/strong>, Principalement parce qu&#039;il \u00e9tait plus facile de sauter des repas que de les coordonner. Et \u00e0 ma grande surprise, cela a mieux fonctionn\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant ce voyage, j&#039;\u00e9tais vraiment inqui\u00e8te \u00e0 l&#039;id\u00e9e de ne pas pouvoir le faire sans probl\u00e8mes : manque d&#039;\u00e9nergie, difficult\u00e9s de concentration, irritabilit\u00e9, ou tout simplement un \u00e9puisement et une envie irr\u00e9sistible de manger tout ce qui me tombait sous la main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais c&#039;est l&#039;inverse qui s&#039;est produit. L&#039;organisation du voyage a engendr\u00e9 une simplicit\u00e9 inattendue. Je n&#039;ai pas eu \u00e0 me soucier des repas toute la journ\u00e9e. J&#039;ai travaill\u00e9, suivi mon emploi du temps, bu de l&#039;eau et du caf\u00e9, et mang\u00e9 une seule fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un sentiment de privation. C&#039;\u00e9tait plut\u00f4t une nouvelle norme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi j&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 au d\u00e9part<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui m&#039;a donn\u00e9 le courage de me lancer, c&#039;est en partie ma femme. Elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 l&#039;exp\u00e9rience Unicity et constatait des r\u00e9sultats positifs. Je voulais la soutenir, et je voulais aussi voir ce que je pouvais accomplir en prenant cette exp\u00e9rience au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budapest a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re semaine o\u00f9 le je\u00fbne a cess\u00e9 d&#039;\u00eatre un concept pour devenir un outil pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;attendre des conditions parfaites pour commencer \u00e0 changer ses habitudes.
