Pas la version \u201c science-fiction cool \u201d, mais de la vraie fusion, de la vraie ing\u00e9nierie, de vraies personnes travaillant sur des probl\u00e8mes qui prennent des d\u00e9cennies \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne s&#039;est pas content\u00e9 de faire des recherches. Il a pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9 jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir un entretien avec un physicien nucl\u00e9aire li\u00e9 au milieu de la recherche, et nous en avons fait un voyage en famille. Nous avons \u00e9galement assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e portes ouvertes o\u00f9 nous avons pu voir des expositions et en apprendre davantage sur la technologie stellarator pour la fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un voyage ax\u00e9 sur la remise en forme, mais il s&#039;int\u00e9grait parfaitement \u00e0 ce que je suis en train de construire.&nbsp;<em>Wellness by Michael Tomasini<\/em>: une vie o\u00f9 la curiosit\u00e9, le d\u00e9fi et la discipline ne sont pas cloisonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre rythme habituel \u00e9tait perturb\u00e9, mais c&#039;\u00e9tait une perturbation positive, celle qui incite \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion. Observer de pr\u00e8s un travail scientifique de longue haleine a un effet \u00e9trange\u00a0: cela relativise l&#039;importance des excuses \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le moment qui comptait<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voir mon fils s&#039;attaquer \u00e0 un projet aussi ambitieux a eu un impact sur ma propre fa\u00e7on de penser. Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas seulement de la fiert\u00e9, c&#039;\u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9clic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le chemin du retour, notre famille a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 parler d&#039;engagement\u00a0: entreprendre des choses difficiles volontairement, non pas pour faire bonne figure sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, mais parce que cela nous pousse \u00e0 grandir. C&#039;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que l&#039;id\u00e9e du \u201c\u00a0d\u00e9fi familial\u00a0\u201d a cess\u00e9 d&#039;\u00eatre vague et s&#039;est transform\u00e9e en une v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que cela a chang\u00e9 pour moi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce week-end a permis de consolider le cadre que j&#039;avais en t\u00eate depuis un certain temps\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9fi marathon \u00e0 jeun :<\/strong>\u00a0Concevoir un syst\u00e8me reproductible qui fonctionne m\u00eame avec les voyages d&#039;affaires et les contraintes de la vie r\u00e9elle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9fi des six abdos :<\/strong>\u00a0un objectif de composition corporelle mesurable, fond\u00e9 sur la constance, la force et l&#039;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 (et non sur des artifices).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9fi familial :<\/strong>\u00a0Le plus important, c&#039;est que nous le partagions tous, pour que la sant\u00e9 devienne une culture et non un simple effort individuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Greifswald n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;origine de tout cela, mais l&#039;a officialis\u00e9. C&#039;est le week-end o\u00f9 nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre position publiquement et d&#039;agir avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 l&#039;alimentation et au sport. C&#039;est une question de valeurs, d&#039;identit\u00e9, et de la d\u00e9cision de construire une vie o\u00f9 curiosit\u00e9 et constance peuvent coexister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La science enseigne la patience. L&#039;entra\u00eenement enseigne la patience. L&#039;\u00e9ducation des enfants enseigne la patience.
