{"id":5065,"date":"2025-09-21T06:59:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-21T06:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/?p=5065"},"modified":"2026-01-21T07:05:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T07:05:44","slug":"semi-marathon-a-jeun-de-colmar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/fr\/fasted-half-marathon-colmar\/","title":{"rendered":"2025-W38 \u2014 Le semi-marathon \u00e0 jeun qui a failli atteindre 1 h 30"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> \u2026et le costume qui n\u2019allait plus apr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que s&#039;est-il pass\u00e9 cette semaine ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 21 septembre, j&#039;ai couru le semi-marathon de Colmar avec deux objectifs\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>terminer en moins de 1h30, et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je finis plus vite que mon patron.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai atteint l&#039;un de ces objectifs. J&#039;ai manqu\u00e9 l&#039;autre de peu, mais de fa\u00e7on significative. Mon temps \u00e9tait de&nbsp;<strong>1:31:54<\/strong>\u2014assez pr\u00e8s pour sentir la limite du possible, et assez loin pour savoir qu&#039;il me faudra une impulsion plus intelligente pour y parvenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai couru la course&nbsp;<strong>je\u00fbne<\/strong>, et je n&#039;ai pas mang\u00e9 jusqu&#039;\u00e0&nbsp;<strong>23 heures apr\u00e8s la fin<\/strong>. Le lendemain matin, au moment de prendre mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le je\u00fbne total \u00e9tait d&#039;environ&nbsp;<strong>36 heures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la course, j&#039;ai lou\u00e9 une voiture \u00e9lectrique et je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 Lyon pour des r\u00e9unions d&#039;affaires, avec des arr\u00eats obligatoires pour recharger en cours de route \u2013 un de ces trajets modernes qui vous obligent \u00e0 ralentir, que vous le vouliez ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fil de discussion voyage et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette course constituait une \u00e9tape dans une exp\u00e9rience plus longue\u00a0: puis-je m\u2019entra\u00eener et \u00eatre performant de mani\u00e8re constante tout en voyageant pour le travail, sans avoir besoin d\u2019une routine compliqu\u00e9e pour une \u201c\u00a0journ\u00e9e parfaite\u00a0\u201d\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Courir \u00e0 jeun est devenu une habitude pour moi, rien d&#039;extraordinaire. Le plus difficile n&#039;est pas la volont\u00e9, mais la mise en place d&#039;un syst\u00e8me qui r\u00e9siste aux h\u00f4tels, aux a\u00e9roports, aux d\u00eeners d&#039;affaires et aux horaires impr\u00e9visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le semi-marathon a prouv\u00e9 que j&#039;avais de bonnes bases. Il m&#039;a aussi montr\u00e9 les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer pour progresser, surtout avec mon objectif principal \u00e0 venir\u00a0: un marathon \u00e0 jeun en moins de 3\u00a0h\u00a030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le moment qui m&#039;a surpris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de ce voyage d&#039;affaires en France, j&#039;ai eu une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te\u00a0:&nbsp;<strong>Mon costume \u00e9tait soudainement beaucoup trop grand.<\/strong>&nbsp;Pas \u201c un peu l\u00e2che \u201d. Trop grande, au point de vous rendre reconnaissant d&#039;avoir une ceinture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;\u00e9tait un de ces signaux incontestables. Les apparences sont parfois trompeuses. Les photos peuvent \u00eatre trompeuses. Mais un costume qui allait bien avant et qui ne va plus\u00a0? \u00c7a, c&#039;est un fait av\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu&#039;est-ce qui a chang\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la course ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s Colmar, j&#039;ai r\u00e9duit le kilom\u00e9trage et continu\u00e9 le je\u00fbne intermittent, mais j&#039;ai modifi\u00e9 les horaires des repas pour \u00e9viter de m&#039;enfermer dans un rythme fixe. J&#039;ai \u00e9galement orient\u00e9 une plus grande partie de mon entra\u00eenement vers\u2026&nbsp;<strong>entra\u00eenements au poids du corps et musculation<\/strong>&nbsp;pour favoriser le maintien et la force musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;objectif n&#039;\u00e9tait pas seulement de perdre du poids. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la composition corporelle \u2014 en rempla\u00e7ant la graisse par du muscle \u2014 tout en maintenant les performances sur la bonne voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que j&#039;ai appris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d&#039;avoir manqu\u00e9 1 min 30 n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un \u00e9chec. C&#039;\u00e9tait un retour d&#039;information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine m&#039;a apport\u00e9 deux types de preuves :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>preuve de performance (je peux courir vite \u00e0 un rythme soutenu), et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preuve que mon style de vie change (quelque chose change suffisamment pour que mes v\u00eatements le remarquent avant m\u00eame que mon cerveau ne s&#039;en rende pleinement compte).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela m&#039;a aussi rappel\u00e9 que l&#039;entra\u00eenement ne se r\u00e9sume pas au volume de course.
