Officiellement, il s&#039;agit d&#039;un simple voyage d&#039;affaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, c&#039;est un test de r\u00e9sistance parfait pour toute routine de bien-\u00eatre, car les voyages ne tiennent pas compte de vos habitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur des voyages demande :&nbsp;<em>Votre syst\u00e8me est-il vraiment r\u00e9el ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;erreur que la plupart des gens commettent avant de partir.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici le mod\u00e8le classique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous voyagez \u2192 pauses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu rentres chez toi \u2192 tu te \u201c r\u00e9initialises \u201d de fa\u00e7on agressive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous r\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce cycle jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que vous commenciez \u00e0 croire que la coh\u00e9rence est impossible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me ne vient pas de vous. C&#039;est la conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des routines sont con\u00e7ues pour des journ\u00e9es id\u00e9ales. Les d\u00e9placements professionnels ne sont pas un facteur propice \u00e0 des journ\u00e9es id\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, au lieu d\u2019essayer de maintenir intacte ma \u201c routine quotidienne \u201d \u00e0 Valence, je me suis concentr\u00e9e sur une seule id\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je ne cherche pas la perfection. Je cherche la portabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La version portable de la coh\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d&#039;une semaine de voyage, la question devient :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles sont les plus petites habitudes qui, malgr\u00e9 tout, font la diff\u00e9rence ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, il s&#039;agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#039;une liste courte :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mouvement<\/strong>: quelque chose chaque jour, m\u00eame si c&#039;est petit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>rythme alimentaire<\/strong>: une structure simple, pas la perfection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protection du sommeil<\/strong>: pas \u201c 8 heures \u201d, mais minimiser les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9initialisation du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/strong>: quelques minutes de calme, de respiration ou de marche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Car le plus grand danger lors des d\u00e9placements professionnels n&#039;est pas de rater une s\u00e9ance d&#039;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est cette mentalit\u00e9 du \u201c tout ou rien \u201d qui transforme une journ\u00e9e imparfaite en une semaine enti\u00e8re de d\u00e9rive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de Valence : r\u00e9unions, gens, pression<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9unions de lancement ont leur propre \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont des activit\u00e9s m\u00ealant collaboration, performance, interactions sociales et un emploi du temps charg\u00e9. On est constamment \u201c\u00a0\u00e0 fond\u00a0\u201d, ce qui para\u00eet id\u00e9al jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;on r\u00e9alise que cette disponibilit\u00e9 a un prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le co\u00fbt ne se limite pas \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9nergie. Il inclut \u00e9galement la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&#039;est au niveau de la convalescence que les professionnels surcharg\u00e9s se retrouvent pi\u00e9g\u00e9s, car nous consid\u00e9rons la convalescence comme quelque chose que nous ferons plus tard, quand les choses se seront calm\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais \u201c plus tard \u201d n&#039;appara\u00eet que si vous le planifiez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors cette semaine, j&#039;ai essay\u00e9 quelque chose de simple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consid\u00e9rez la convalescence comme une r\u00e9union qu&#039;on ne peut pas annuler.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas un grand rituel. Un petit rituel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une promenade. Un moment de d\u00e9compression. Un rituel du coucher. Tout ce qui envoie un signal \u00e0 votre corps\u00a0:&nbsp;<em>Nous sommes en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maintenant, vous pouvez r\u00e9trograder.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le changement de mentalit\u00e9\u00a0: de la discipline au design<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce que j&#039;apprends en r\u00e9alisant ce projet\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;objectif n&#039;est pas de devenir un robot dot\u00e9 d&#039;une discipline de fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;objectif est de construire un syst\u00e8me qui fonctionne lorsque l&#039;on est humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me qui survit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>voyage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9lais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repas sociaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatigue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perturbation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est pourquoi je reviens sans cesse \u00e0 cette phrase :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Les donn\u00e9es sont une lampe torche, pas un fouet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Et la routine est un outil, pas une prison.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une routine ne peut pas s&#039;adapter, elle va s&#039;effondrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La le\u00e7on de la semaine\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0test\u00e9\u00a0\u201d est une bonne chose<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce voyage m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 que le fait d&#039;\u00eatre test\u00e9 n&#039;est pas la preuve d&#039;un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se faire tester est la preuve que vous \u00eates bel et bien vivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et si vous parvenez \u00e0 maintenir en vie ne serait-ce qu&#039;une petite version de votre syst\u00e8me pendant un voyage, vous \u00eates en train de construire quelque chose de solide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus important n&#039;est pas de savoir si vous vous \u00eates suffisamment entra\u00een\u00e9.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus important, c&#039;est que vous n&#039;ayez pas abandonn\u00e9 votre identit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c Je suis quelqu&#039;un qui va toujours de l&#039;avant. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Petite exp\u00e9rience pour la semaine prochaine (moins de 2 minutes pour commencer)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avant chaque voyage d&#039;affaires, je r\u00e9dige un plan de voyage en trois lignes\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mouvement minimal viable : ____<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un aliment de base : ____<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un point d&#039;ancrage pour le sommeil\/la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration : ____<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0. Pas de programme compliqu\u00e9.
