{"id":5031,"date":"2026-01-04T20:27:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T20:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/?p=5031"},"modified":"2026-01-20T20:47:37","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T20:47:37","slug":"bien-etre-pendant-les-vacances-semaine-01","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/fr\/wellness-during-holiday-travel-week-01\/","title":{"rendered":"Semaine 01 (2026-S01) : Nouvel An en transit"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Garder son calme malgr\u00e9 le mouvement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur Instagram, on trouve une version des f\u00eates qui para\u00eet paisible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et puis il y a la version r\u00e9elle\u00a0: les valises, les quais de gare, les fuseaux horaires, la logistique familiale et le choc \u00e9motionnel de dire \u201c\u00a0au revoir\u00a0\u201d \u00e0 un endroit tout en essayant d\u2019\u00eatre pleinement pr\u00e9sent dans le suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine, c&#039;\u00e9tait la vraie version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9tions encore \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>Japon jusqu&#039;au 1er janvier<\/strong>, puis nous sommes retourn\u00e9s en Allemagne et avons repris nos activit\u00e9s familiales : d&#039;abord&nbsp;<strong>de retour chez mon beau-fr\u00e8re \u00e0 Berlin<\/strong>&nbsp;pendant quelques jours, puis \u00e0 mon&nbsp;<strong>le beau-p\u00e8re<\/strong>&nbsp;sur&nbsp;<strong>3 janvier<\/strong>, et enfin chez soi&nbsp;<strong>Chemnitz<\/strong>&nbsp;cette m\u00eame nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce fut une semaine de transitions \u2014 et c&#039;est lors des transitions que les habitudes disparaissent\u2026 ou prouvent qu&#039;elles sont bien r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Japon jusqu&#039;au 1er janvier : le sentiment des \u201c derniers jours \u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fin d&#039;un voyage est une p\u00e9riode riche en \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers jours sont synonymes d&#039;excitation et de nouveaut\u00e9. Les jours suivants s&#039;installent dans un certain rythme. Et les derniers jours laissent place \u00e0 ce sentiment de \u201c\u00a0\u00e7a y est, c&#039;est la fin\u00a0\u201d \u2014 surtout lorsqu&#039;on voyage en famille et qu&#039;on sent que chacun se cr\u00e9e des souvenirs en direct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne pr\u00e9tendrai pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 parfaitement repos\u00e9e ni parfaitement organis\u00e9e. Mais j&#039;\u00e9tais consciente d&#039;une chose importante\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En voyage, le bien-\u00eatre cesse d&#039;\u00eatre une routine et devient une activit\u00e9.&nbsp;<strong>relation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une relation imparfaite avec le sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une relation avec la nourriture qui nous est \u00e9trang\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un rapport au mouvement qui pourrait se traduire par la marche et l&#039;exploration plut\u00f4t que par l&#039;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce n&#039;est pas un \u00e9chec. C&#039;est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1er janvier : le passage des voyages \u00e0 la famille<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis vint le changement le plus difficile :&nbsp;<strong>quitter le Japon et retrouver sa \u201c vie d&#039;avant \u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 pas directement \u00e0 domicile, mais dans les foyers familiaux, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une intensit\u00e9 en soi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retour d&#039;un long voyage est rarement reposant. C&#039;est un \u00e9change :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De la logistique d&#039;aventure \u00e0 la logistique domestique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de \u201c nous explorons \u201d \u00e0 \u201c nous coordonnons \u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la nouveaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et parce que c&#039;\u00e9tait&nbsp;<strong>Nouvel An<\/strong>, Il y a aussi cette pression invisible de d\u00e9cider imm\u00e9diatement de ce que l&#039;ann\u00e9e suivante \u201c signifie \u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon avis sinc\u00e8re\u00a0: les premiers jours de janvier sont sur\u00e9valu\u00e9s pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont meilleurs pour deux choses :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9initialiser vos bases<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Berlin pour deux jours : des fen\u00eatres courtes, des ancrages simples<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons pass\u00e9 deux jours \u00e0 Berlin chez mon beau-fr\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant des semaines comme celle-ci, les gens ont tendance \u00e0 osciller entre les extr\u00eames\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c Je ne ferai rien, je suis \u00e9puis\u00e9. \u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c Je vais tout arranger \u00e0 partir de maintenant. \u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux sont compr\u00e9hensibles. Aucune n&#039;est id\u00e9ale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui fonctionne vraiment (pour moi), c&#039;est de choisir&nbsp;<strong>petites ancres<\/strong>&nbsp;qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de circonstances parfaites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des ancres comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sortir se promener, m\u00eame quand on n&#039;en a pas envie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>boire de l&#039;eau avant la caf\u00e9ine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manger un repas qui procure un sentiment d&#039;ancrage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se coucher sans essayer de \u201c gagner \u201d la soir\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ne sont pas des choses glamour. Mais elles constituent le fondement d&#039;une certaine r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, surtout pendant les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 la famille est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3 janvier : un dernier d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement \u2014 chez mon beau-p\u00e8re, puis retour \u00e0 la maison<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 3 janvier, nous avons de nouveau voyag\u00e9 : chez mon beau-p\u00e8re, puis nous sommes rentr\u00e9s \u00e0 Chemnitz le soir m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, la plus difficile, est toujours celle qui met \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9preuve. On est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fatigu\u00e9, on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait le plus dur, et la ligne d&#039;arriv\u00e9e est si proche que tout semble un peu aga\u00e7ant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant : c&#039;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que votre syst\u00e8me compte le plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un programme d&#039;entra\u00eenement imparfait. Des macronutriments imparfaits. Un suivi imparfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une simple r\u00e8gle int\u00e9rieure calme, comme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c Je n&#039;ai pas besoin de tout faire. Je n&#039;ai qu&#039;\u00e0 faire le minimum. \u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La le\u00e7on de la semaine\u00a0: la constance est portable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine m&#039;a rappel\u00e9 quelque chose que je souhaite que tous les professionnels occup\u00e9s (et tous les parents) entendent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous n&#039;avez pas besoin d&#039;une routine parfaite. Vous avez besoin d&#039;une routine portable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me portable est construit \u00e0 partir de comportements qui perdurent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jours de voyage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>journ\u00e9es en famille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9calage horaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repas perturb\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sommeil irr\u00e9gulier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le \u201cbruit\u201d \u00e9motionnel des transitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;est pas spectaculaire. Ce n&#039;est pas du genre \u00e0 faire des affiches de motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais c&#039;est ce qui vous permet r\u00e9ellement d&#039;avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Petite exp\u00e9rience pour la semaine prochaine (moins de 2 minutes pour commencer)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J&#039;utilise une \u201c r\u00e9initialisation en 3 points d&#039;ancrage \u201d apr\u00e8s des semaines de d\u00e9placements fr\u00e9quents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une courte promenade quotidienne (m\u00eame 10 minutes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De l&#039;eau avant la caf\u00e9ine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un d\u00e9clencheur de coucher constant (m\u00eame petite routine)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas d&#039;h\u00e9ro\u00efsme.
