Le \u201c truc miracle \u201d. La matin\u00e9e magique qui, comme par magie, ne n\u00e9cessite ni enfants, ni voyages, ni stress, et un compte en banque qui dort huit heures par nuit. Les photos avant\/apr\u00e8s qui respirent la certitude \u2013 alors que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est chaotique, impr\u00e9visible, et parfois tenue \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cart gr\u00e2ce au caf\u00e9 et aux invitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce blog est ma tentative de faire quelque chose de plus simple, d&#039;\u00e9trange et (je pense) de plus pr\u00e9cieux\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je vais mener une exp\u00e9rience personnelle et concr\u00e8te de bien-\u00eatre, semaine apr\u00e8s semaine, et vous en faire un compte rendu honn\u00eate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non pas en tant que gourou. Non pas en tant que m\u00e9decin. Non pas en tant que personne \u00e0 la discipline irr\u00e9prochable. Simplement en tant qu&#039;\u00eatre humain qui souhaite se sentir mieux, \u00eatre plus performant et vivre mieux\u2026 sans pour autant pr\u00e9tendre que la vie cesse d&#039;\u00eatre la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La v\u00e9ritable raison pour laquelle j&#039;ai commenc\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis une professionnelle tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9e. Je voyage. Je travaille dans un contexte multiculturel et sur diff\u00e9rents fuseaux horaires. J&#039;ai aussi une famille, des responsabilit\u00e9s et le cocktail habituel de stress, d&#039;\u00e9crans et de \u201c je m&#039;en occuperai plus tard \u201d. Je suis active depuis des ann\u00e9es, je me soucie de la performance et j&#039;ai appris une chose que j&#039;aimerais entendre plus souvent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La coh\u00e9rence n&#039;est pas une question de motivation. Il s&#039;agit de concevoir un syst\u00e8me qui r\u00e9siste au chaos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;ai lanc\u00e9 \u201c\u00a0Bien-\u00eatre par Michael Tomasini\u00a0\u201d car je ne voulais pas d&#039;une nouvelle inspiration passag\u00e8re suivie d&#039;un lent retour aux vieilles habitudes. Je souhaitais un processus qui continue d&#039;avancer m\u00eame lorsque la motivation fait d\u00e9faut au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et je voulais cr\u00e9er quelque chose d&#039;utile aux autres, notamment aux professionnels occup\u00e9s qui souhaitent plus d&#039;\u00e9nergie, une meilleure forme physique et de meilleures habitudes sans pour autant devenir des biohackers \u00e0 plein temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce qu&#039;est ce blog (et ce qu&#039;il n&#039;est pas)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&#039;est pas un lieu pour les promesses de miracles ni pour les routines parfaites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est un lieu pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Des histoires honn\u00eates de la semaine<\/strong>\u00a0tir\u00e9 de la vie r\u00e9elle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9riences simples<\/strong>\u00a0Je teste (ce qui fonctionne, ce qui ne fonctionne pas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petites habitudes r\u00e9p\u00e9titives<\/strong>\u00a0qui sont r\u00e9alistes quand on est occup\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un peu de donn\u00e9es<\/strong>, utilis\u00e9 par souci de clart\u00e9, et non par obsession<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je partagerai ce que je fais et ce que j&#039;apprends. Parfois, ce sera une r\u00e9ussite. Parfois, ce sera un d\u00e9sastre. Les deux sont utiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous recherchez un r\u00e9cit de transformation sans faille, vous allez vous ennuyer ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous cherchez une personne qui essaie de s&#039;am\u00e9liorer \u2014 tout en restant humaine \u2014, vous \u00eates au bon endroit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mes r\u00e8gles \u201c sans exag\u00e9ration \u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que tout cela reste honn\u00eate, je mets en place des garde-fous d\u00e8s le premier jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Aucune promesse m\u00e9dicale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je parlerai de mon exp\u00e9rience (sommeil, \u00e9nergie, entra\u00eenement, habitudes, \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit), mais je ne suis pas l\u00e0 pour diagnostiquer ou gu\u00e9rir quoi que ce soit. Si je mentionne un outil, une routine ou un protocole, c&#039;est parce que je le teste personnellement et que je partage mes observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Pas de voix de gourou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis pas l\u00e0 pour vous dire \u201c ceci va changer votre vie \u201d. Je suis l\u00e0 pour vous dire \u201c voici ce que j&#039;ai essay\u00e9, voici ce qui s&#039;est pass\u00e9 et voici ce que je modifierais \u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Pas de perfection tri\u00e9e sur le volet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je rate des s\u00e9ances d&#039;entra\u00eenement, que je dors mal, que je mange mal ou que je ne me sens pas bien, cela fait partie du r\u00e9cit. L&#039;important, c&#039;est de rapporter les choses honn\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Les donn\u00e9es sont une lampe torche, pas un fouet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les indicateurs sont utiles lorsqu&#039;ils apportent de la clart\u00e9. Ils sont nuisibles lorsqu&#039;ils engendrent la honte. J&#039;utiliserai les chiffres lorsqu&#039;ils favorisent l&#039;apprentissage, et non l&#039;auto-punition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Le respect de la vie priv\u00e9e et des personnes est primordial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je resterai discret et respectueux sur les d\u00e9tails familiaux, et j&#039;\u00e9viterai tout contenu relatif \u00e0 l&#039;employeur. Il s&#039;agit de bien-\u00eatre, pas de conflits au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La m\u00e9thode\u00a0: comment cela devient un moteur hebdomadaire (et non un journal intime al\u00e9atoire)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des gens n&#039;\u00e9chouent pas parce qu&#039;ils ne savent pas quoi faire. Ils \u00e9chouent parce qu&#039;ils n&#039;ont pas de m\u00e9thode reproductible pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, s&#039;adapter et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici donc la structure que je m&#039;engage \u00e0 adopter\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tous les jours\u00a0: entretiens de 5 minutes (priv\u00e9s)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but n&#039;est pas d&#039;\u00e9crire de la litt\u00e9rature, mais de saisir la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart du temps, un enregistrement peut comprendre\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sommeil (qualit\u00e9 approximative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouvement (ce que j&#039;ai fait, m\u00eame si c&#039;est minime)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rythme alimentaire (surtout en cas de voyage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humeur \/ \u00e9nergie (une lecture simple)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une le\u00e7on ou une observation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est priv\u00e9. C&#039;est rapide. C&#039;est brut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hebdomadaire : Synth\u00e8se du dimanche (blog public)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois par semaine, je publierai mes notes priv\u00e9es sous forme de message public qui comprendra\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&#039;histoire de la semaine (ce qui s&#039;est r\u00e9ellement pass\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un simple plat \u00e0 emporter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une petite exp\u00e9rience pour la semaine prochaine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 le c\u0153ur de \u201c Wellness by Michael Tomasini \u201d : apprendre en public, sans faux-semblants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mensuel : r\u00e9capitulatif par chapitre (pour l&#039;avenir)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil du temps, les articles hebdomadaires se transforment en chapitres. Non pas que je cherche \u00e0 b\u00e2tir un \u201c empire de marque \u201d, mais parce que les sch\u00e9mas ne se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu&#039;\u00e0 force de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un mois de notes r\u00e9v\u00e8le des tendances que l&#039;on ne peut pas observer en une journ\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelles habitudes survivent aux voyages ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles sont les routines qui se d\u00e9r\u00e8glent sous l&#039;effet du stress ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu&#039;est-ce qui am\u00e9liore l&#039;\u00e9nergie de fa\u00e7on constante ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu&#039;est-ce qui se retourne syst\u00e9matiquement contre soi ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9sident les v\u00e9ritables id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce que vous pouvez attendre de l&#039;\u00e9criture<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019\u00e9cris ceci pour un public international, compos\u00e9 de personnes de cultures, d\u2019emplois du temps et de contraintes diff\u00e9rents.
