Mes scores de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s avant m\u00eame que je ne constate un changement visible sur la balance. Mon \u00e9nergie au cours des journ\u00e9es de travail \u00e9tait plus stable bien avant que je ne remarque une diff\u00e9rence notable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">C\u2019est pourquoi je surveille\u00a0: la dur\u00e9e du je\u00fbne, la VFC, la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque au repos et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du sommeil.
