r\u00e9elles.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">La charge d&#039;entra\u00eenement, l&#039;exposition au je\u00fbne, la r\u00e9ponse autonome, la variabilit\u00e9 du sommeil et la stabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique sont document\u00e9es en fonction des d\u00e9placements, des fluctuations de la charge de travail et de la progression structur\u00e9e.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">L&#039;objectif est la durabilit\u00e9, pas le spectacle.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Ce tableau de bord refl\u00e8te une mod\u00e9lisation des performances s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que les donn\u00e9es de journalisation Pr\u00e9server la dominance de la zone 2 tout en am\u00e9liorant le rythme au seuil<\/p><p class=\"p3\">\u2022 Utilisation du substrat mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;intensit\u00e9 de la
