Instead of fighting the chaos, I used it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the trip, I transitioned from regular meals to&nbsp;<strong>one meal per day<\/strong>, mostly because it was easier to skip meals than to coordinate them. And to my surprise, it worked better than I expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The travel + wellness thread<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before this trip, I was genuinely worried I wouldn\u2019t be able to do it without problems\u2014low energy, bad focus, irritability, or just crashing and eating whatever was closest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the opposite happened. The structure of travel created accidental simplicity. I didn\u2019t have to negotiate with meal decisions all day. I worked, moved through the schedule, drank water and coffee, and ate once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It didn\u2019t feel like deprivation. It felt like a new default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why I started in the first place<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Part of what gave me the courage to try was my wife. She had already started the Unicity experiment and was seeing success. I wanted to support her\u2014and I also wanted to see what was possible for me if I took the experiment seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budapest became the first week where fasting stopped being a concept and became a practical tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What I learned<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t need perfect conditions to start changing your habits.
