Morning flights often become fasted flights. It keeps decisions simple, stabilizes energy, and avoids the \u201cairport food lottery.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"\">I track three variables during these trips: total sleep, resting heart rate, and perceived focus during key meetings.
