Meetings beim Kunden. Jetlag, bei dem das Gehirn erst nach einer gewissen Verz\u00f6gerung richtig in Schwung kommt. Und nach den Meetings? Die zweite Schicht: Nachbereitung, Arbeitserledigungen aufholen und die Vorbereitung auf Montag in Irland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Wochen wie diesen schlagen die Menschen \u00fcblicherweise einen von zwei Wegen ein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cIch bin auf Reisen, daher ruht meine Gesundheit.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cIch muss perfekt sein\u201d, was sich bereits am zweiten Tag als Trugschluss erweist.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe eine dritte M\u00f6glichkeit kennengelernt: das System in Bewegung halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet nicht maximales Training oder kompliziertes Tracking. Es bedeutet eine minimale, effektive Routine, die verhindert, dass man in der Woche \u201cfeststeckt\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ich tats\u00e4chlich getan habe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morgendliche L\u00e4ufe im n\u00fcchternen Zustand vor Meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht heroisch. Einfach nur best\u00e4ndig. Selbst kurze L\u00e4ufe vermitteln ein Gef\u00fchl der Kontrolle, wenn alles andere von jemand anderem geplant wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Realit\u00e4t nach dem Meeting: Arbeit + Ersch\u00f6pfung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach den Meetings hatte ich noch Arbeit zu erledigen \u2013 das Ziel waren also keine Straf-Workouts. Vielmehr ging es darum, zu verhindern, dass \u201cEntscheidungsm\u00fcdigkeit\u201d in unkontrolliertes Essen und Bewegungsmangel umschl\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Reisewochenroutine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fr\u00fchzeitig losfahren (sogar 20 Minuten vorher).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine kurze Krafteinheit in dieser Woche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proteinreiche Mahlzeiten, wenn die Auswahlm\u00f6glichkeiten un\u00fcbersichtlich sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leckereien sind eine bewusste Entscheidung (man w\u00e4hlt sie bewusst, man l\u00e4sst sich nicht einfach darauf ein.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Es handelt sich nicht um ein Transformationsprogramm. Es handelt sich um ein Stabilit\u00e4tsprogramm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warum ich glaube, dass das funktioniert (ohne den ganzen Hype)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fettgewebe ist kein passiver Speicher. Es ist metabolisch aktiv, und der Lipidumsatz ist ein realer Bestandteil der menschlichen Physiologie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges viszerales Fett korreliert mit einem h\u00f6heren Stoffwechselrisiko \u2013 deshalb ziehe ich es vor, die Entwicklung meines Taillenumfangs zu verfolgen, anstatt mich in Reisewochen obsessiv mit der Waage zu besch\u00e4ftigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den Laborwerten achte ich besonders auf die Triglyceride und ignoriere auch die Werte im nicht-n\u00fcchternen Zustand nicht, denn im wirklichen Leben wird nicht immer gefastet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Version mit wissenschaftlichen Erl\u00e4uterungen und Quellenangaben sowie die genaue Checkliste f\u00fcr die Reisewoche finden Sie hier: Keep the System in Motion<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Istanbul was chaos: long travel days, client meetings, jet lag, and catch-up work after hours.
