Allein das hat den Monat anders angef\u00fchlt. Statt Flugh\u00e4fen und Hotels hatte ich etwas, das ich nicht immer oft genug habe: einen geregelten Tagesablauf zu Hause und mehr Zeit mit meiner Familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was das Training angeht, habe ich weiterhin auf den Colmar-Halbmarathon hingearbeitet. Ich habe meine L\u00e4ufe fortgesetzt.&nbsp;<strong>gefastet<\/strong>&nbsp;und steigerte meine Laufleistung stetig. Keine spektakul\u00e4ren Durchbr\u00fcche \u2013 nur konsequentes Training, Woche f\u00fcr Woche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Reise- und Wellness-Thread<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es mag seltsam klingen, aber \u201cNichtreisen\u201d kann eine ganz eigene Art von Disziplin sein. Wenn das Leben ruhiger wird, verliert man die \u00e4u\u00dfere Struktur, die einen manchmal zu Einfachheit zwingt. Zuhause vervielfachen sich die M\u00f6glichkeiten: Snacks sind in Reichweite, der Tagesablauf ist flexibler, und man kann leichter treiben lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe diese Wochen also wie einen Trainingsblock mit einem einzigen Ziel behandelt: eine solide Grundlage zu schaffen, auf die ich in der Reisesaison zur\u00fcckgreifen kann. Die Priorit\u00e4t lag nicht auf der Intensit\u00e4t, sondern auf der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ich gelernt habe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Wochen haben mir wieder einmal gezeigt, wie wirkungsvoll langweilige Kontinuit\u00e4t sein kann. Wenn ich einfache L\u00e4ufe im Fastenzustand und ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Laufpensum kombiniere, ohne es zu kompliziert zu machen, wird Fitness zu etwas, worauf ich mich verlassen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es hat mir auch wieder einmal vor Augen gef\u00fchrt, wie wichtig Zeit zu Hause ist \u2013 nicht nur emotional, sondern auch ganz praktisch. Mehr Schlaf, weniger Organisationsaufwand, regelm\u00e4\u00dfigere Mahlzeiten, wann immer ich m\u00f6chte, und eine bessere Regeneration. Es ist die Art von unsichtbarem Vorteil, der sich sp\u00e4ter am Wettkampftag bemerkbar macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kleiner Fokus n\u00e4chste Woche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hle einen vermeintlich \u201clangweiligen Erfolg\u201d und wiederhole ihn diese Woche dreimal \u2013 gleiche Zeit, gleiche Route, gleiches einfaches Ziel.
