Wir haben es gew\u00e4hlt, weil wir neugierig waren. Wir wollten herausfinden, wie unser K\u00f6rper reagieren w\u00fcrde, und wir wollten das kontrolliert tun und auf unsere Empfindungen achten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben es geschafft&nbsp;<strong>49 Stunden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Zahl wurde unser entscheidender Vorteil bei diesem Versuch \u2013 nicht auf dramatische, aber doch deutliche Weise. Wir sp\u00fcrten, dass wir uns dem Punkt n\u00e4herten, an dem ein Weitermachen das Ganze von einem n\u00fctzlichen Experiment zu einer Sache machen w\u00fcrde, die wir nur noch durchziehen wollten, um sagen zu k\u00f6nnen, dass wir es getan hatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also haben wir aufgeh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Reise- und Wellness-Thread<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche war ganz anders als Flugh\u00e4fen und Kundentermine. Das Thema blieb aber dasselbe: eine Routine entwickeln, die einfach genug ist, um sie zu wiederholen, und ehrlich genug, um sie anzupassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4ngeres Fasten ist nicht per se \u201cbesser\u201d. Der Nutzen ergibt sich aus dem Lernen \u2013 insbesondere aus dem Erkennen der eigenen Grenzen im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Trainingsbelastung, den Schlaf, den Stress und den Zeitplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche ging es nicht darum, ein Extrem zu erzwingen. Es ging darum, das Terrain zu kartieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie wir das Fasten brachen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir brachen das Fasten bewusst und sanft:&nbsp;<strong>Gleichgewicht<\/strong>, Dann&nbsp;<strong>leichtes Protein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kein Fressgelage. Keine Siegesfeier. Nur ein kontrollierter Wiedereinstieg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und die gr\u00f6\u00dfte \u00dcberraschung war, wie normal es sich anf\u00fchlte. Wir f\u00fchlten uns gut. Das Experiment endete nicht mit einem Feuerwerk, sondern mit Klarheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ich gelernt habe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche hat mir den Unterschied zwischen Disziplin und Ego gelehrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disziplin bedeutet, ein Experiment auszuw\u00e4hlen und es so lange fortzusetzen, wie es n\u00fctzlich ist. Egoismus hingegen bedeutet, \u00fcber den Punkt der N\u00fctzlichkeit hinaus weiterzumachen, nur um die Zahl zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach 49 Stunden aufzuh\u00f6ren war kein Aufgeben. Es bedeutete, den Test genau wie geplant abzuschlie\u00dfen: Wir haben die Grenze gefunden, wir haben ihre Position herausgefunden und die Erfahrung so positiv gestaltet, dass wir sp\u00e4ter bereit w\u00e4ren, erneut zu experimentieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kleiner Fokus n\u00e4chste Woche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hlen Sie vor Beginn eines Experiments eine kleine \u201cAbbruchbedingung\u201d.
