{"id":5073,"date":"2025-06-15T07:23:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T07:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/?p=5073"},"modified":"2026-01-21T07:51:32","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T07:51:32","slug":"budapest-fastenreise-beginnt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaeltomasiniwellness.com\/de\/budapest-fasting-journey-start\/","title":{"rendered":"2025-KW24 \u2014 Budapest: Die Woche, in der Fasten praktisch wurde"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wo alles wirklich begann<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ist diese Woche passiert?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche f\u00fchrt mich zur\u00fcck zum Beginn meiner Fastenreise \u2013 als sich die Idee noch unsicher und ein wenig riskant anf\u00fchlte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich war auf einer Gesch\u00e4ftsreise nach&nbsp;<strong>Budapest<\/strong>&nbsp;Mit Crouzet war der Zeitplan, wie Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen oft sind, hektisch: fr\u00fches Aufstehen, st\u00e4ndig wechselnde Pl\u00e4ne, lange Tage und wenig Kontrolle \u00fcber die Mahlzeiten. Anstatt gegen das Chaos anzuk\u00e4mpfen, nutzte ich es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Reise stellte ich von normalen Mahlzeiten auf&nbsp;<strong>eine Mahlzeit pro Tag<\/strong>, Das lag vor allem daran, dass es einfacher war, Mahlzeiten auszulassen, als sie zu koordinieren. Und zu meiner \u00dcberraschung funktionierte es besser als erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Reise- und Wellness-Thread<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor dieser Reise hatte ich wirklich Angst, dass ich sie nicht ohne Probleme bew\u00e4ltigen k\u00f6nnte \u2013 Energielosigkeit, Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten, Reizbarkeit oder einfach nur einen Zusammenbruch und das Essen dessen, was gerade in der N\u00e4he war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch das Gegenteil geschah. Die Struktur der Reise schuf eine unerwartete Einfachheit. Ich musste mich nicht den ganzen Tag mit Essensentscheidungen herumschlagen. Ich arbeitete, folgte meinem Zeitplan, trank Wasser und Kaffee und a\u00df einmal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es f\u00fchlte sich nicht wie Verzicht an. Es f\u00fchlte sich wie ein neuer Normalzustand an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum ich \u00fcberhaupt damit angefangen habe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen Teil des Mutes, es zu versuchen, verdanke ich meiner Frau. Sie hatte das Unicity-Experiment bereits begonnen und erste Erfolge erzielt. Ich wollte sie unterst\u00fctzen \u2013 und gleichzeitig herausfinden, was f\u00fcr mich m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re, wenn ich das Experiment ernst n\u00e4hme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budapest war die erste Woche, in der das Fasten aufh\u00f6rte, ein Konzept zu sein, und zu einem praktischen Instrument wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ich gelernt habe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Man braucht keine perfekten Bedingungen, um seine Gewohnheiten zu \u00e4ndern.
