Ich verlie\u00df mein Zuhause um&nbsp;<strong>3:45 Uhr<\/strong>&nbsp;f\u00fcr ein&nbsp;<strong>6:00 Uhr<\/strong>&nbsp;Flug von Leipzig nach Casablanca, Route \u00fcber&nbsp;<strong>Frankfurt<\/strong>&nbsp;Und&nbsp;<strong>Lissabon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin gereist&nbsp;<strong>gefastet<\/strong>&nbsp;Ich hielt es einfach: Wasser, Mate-Tee und Kaffee. Mein Plan war, das Fasten bis zu meiner Ankunft im Hotel in Casablanca fortzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irgendwann auf dem Weg tat ich das, was ich an Reisetagen immer versuche: Ich ging absichtlich im Flughafen spazieren, um Schritte zu sammeln, nutzte meinen Vielfliegerstatus, um mir in der Lounge Kaffee und Wasser zu holen, und nutzte freie Zeitr\u00e4ume, um Inhalte zu erstellen \u2013 TikTok-Videos und den Entwurf eines LinkedIn-Beitrags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Der Reise- und Wellness-Thread<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flugh\u00e4fen sind darauf ausgelegt, Routinen zu durchbrechen. \u00dcberall gibt es Essen, der Schlaf wird unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig und der Zeitplan verwandelt das Gehirn in eine Verhandlungsmaschine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr mich ist das Fasten an Reisetagen keine Frage der Disziplin. Es geht mir darum, Entscheidungen zu reduzieren. Je weniger Entscheidungen ich treffe, desto leichter f\u00e4llt es mir, konsequent zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gehen ist der andere Teil der Gleichung. Es ist keine Strafe. Es ist wie ein Neustart \u2013 besonders wenn man lange sitzt und das Nervensystem durch die Reisevorbereitungen im \u201cAlarmmodus\u201d ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ein kurzer menschlicher Augenblick im Wandel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dem Flug nach Lissabon lernte ich einen Japaner kennen, der f\u00fcr das Getr\u00e4nkeunternehmen arbeitet.&nbsp;<strong>Suntory<\/strong>. Wir hatten ein tolles Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber Messen, Familie und den ungewohnten Rhythmus des h\u00e4ufigen Reisens. Er hat einen vierj\u00e4hrigen Sohn und reist ebenfalls viel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es war eine dieser kurzen Begegnungen, die das Reisen weniger gesch\u00e4ftsm\u00e4\u00dfig erscheinen lassen. Man erkennt, dass es eine ganze Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppe gibt, die st\u00e4ndig in Bewegung ist, versucht, im Beruf gute Arbeit zu leisten und trotzdem f\u00fcr ihre Familien da zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ich gelernt habe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche hat eine einfache Wahrheit wieder einmal deutlich gemacht: Reisen braucht keine perfekte Routine. Es braucht eine&nbsp;<strong>Standardroutine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine Standardeinstellung ist unkompliziert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fr\u00fchzeitig hydratisieren,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gehen Sie bewusst,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutzen Sie \u201cRuhezonen\u201d (Lounges, ruhige Gates), um Reibungen zu reduzieren.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ich verschiebe Essensentscheidungen, bis ich mich eingerichtet habe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der letzte Punkt ist der wichtigste. Flugh\u00e4fen sind nicht der Ort, an dem ich die besten Entscheidungen treffe, deshalb stelle ich mir diese Frage gar nicht erst.
