Manchmal f\u00fchlt es sich an, als ob dein K\u00f6rper drei Tage nach deinem Koffer ankommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche waren wir wieder in&nbsp;<strong>Chemnitz<\/strong>&nbsp;Nach der langen Reisewelle \u00fcber die Feiertage \u2013 Japan, Familienbesuche, st\u00e4ndiges Umherziehen \u2013 und zum ersten Mal seit Langem, kehrte Ruhe ein. Dasselbe Bett. Dieselben Stra\u00dfen. Dieselbe K\u00fcche. Derselbe Alltagsstress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und genau dann erf\u00e4hrst du, was das Reisen wirklich mit dir gemacht hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht auf dramatische Weise. Sondern auf leise Art und Weise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ihr Schlafrhythmus ist gest\u00f6rt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deine Appetitsignale sind seltsam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ihre Motivation ist unbest\u00e4ndig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ihr Gehirn f\u00fchlt sich gleichzeitig voll und benebelt an<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Woche 01 die \u201c\u00dcbergangswoche\u201d war, dann war Woche 02 die \u201e\u00dcbergangswoche\u201c.&nbsp;<strong>Wiedereintritt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Falle des Wiedereintritts: der Versuch, alles auf einmal zu reparieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In den ersten Tagen nach der R\u00fcckkehr sind die Leute (mich eingeschlossen) versucht, einen kompletten Neustart hinzulegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuer Plan. Neue Intensit\u00e4t. Neue Regeln. Pl\u00f6tzliche Disziplin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist verst\u00e4ndlich \u2013 man m\u00f6chte das Gef\u00fchl haben, wieder die Kontrolle zu haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch aggressive Neustarts scheitern im realen Leben meist. Und ich versuche, etwas zu schaffen, das dem realen Leben standh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstatt also alles zu geben, habe ich Folgendes getan:&nbsp;<strong>Basic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche ging es nicht um heroisches Training oder perfektes Tracking. Es ging darum, den Rhythmus wiederzufinden, ohne dabei R\u00fcckschl\u00e4ge zu verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Das Ziel: Erst stabilisieren, dann optimieren.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Chemnitz wird der Alltag wieder m\u00f6glich \u2013 aber der Alltag kehrt nicht automatisch zur\u00fcck, nur weil man wieder zu Hause ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du musst&nbsp;<em>Neuinstallation<\/em>&nbsp;Es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr mich sieht das nach ein paar \u201clangweiligen\u201d Ankern aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u00e4glich bewegen<\/strong>\u00a0(selbst wenn es nur ein Spaziergang ist)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nutzen Sie das Tageslicht fr\u00fch.<\/strong>\u00a0wenn m\u00f6glich (hilft der inneren Uhr)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iss einfach<\/strong>\u00a0(nicht streng, nur vorhersehbar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>W\u00e4hle einen Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr die Schlafenszeit.<\/strong>\u00a0(jeden Abend die gleiche kleine Routine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist kein aufregender Inhalt. Aber es ist die Grundlage f\u00fcr alles andere \u2013 und genau das, was vielbesch\u00e4ftigte Berufst\u00e4tige brauchen, wenn das Leben mal chaotisch wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die wichtigste Erkenntnis: Best\u00e4ndigkeit ist eine stimmungsunabh\u00e4ngige F\u00e4higkeit.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Sache ist mir diese Woche aufgefallen: Meine Motivation schwankt nach Reisen extrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manche Tage wacht man voller Energie auf und ist bereit, alles zu erledigen. An anderen Tagen f\u00fchlt man sich, als ob das Gehirn noch am Flughafen w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich neige also zu einer \u00dcberzeugung, die mich bei Verstand h\u00e4lt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Konstanz ist kein Gef\u00fchl. Sie ist eine F\u00e4higkeit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine F\u00e4higkeit bedeutet, dass man etwas auch unvollkommen machen kann und es trotzdem mit der Zeit verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet auch, dass Ihr Plan \u201cTage mit geringem Energieaufwand\u201d beinhalten sollte und Sie nicht so tun sollten, als g\u00e4be es sie nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Worauf ich hinarbeite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Woche 02 f\u00fchlte sich auch wie die Startbahn vor der n\u00e4chsten Reisephase an \u2013 denn&nbsp;<strong>12. Januar<\/strong>&nbsp;Ich bin auf dem Weg nach&nbsp;<strong>Valence, Frankreich<\/strong>f\u00fcr einen Vertriebsteam-Auftakt (Mo\u2013Di), R\u00fcckkehr nach Hause am Mittwoch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Woche war also nicht deshalb so wichtig, weil sie dramatisch verlief, sondern weil sie die Grundlage f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Bew\u00e4hrungsprobe bildete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kann mein System eine weitere Dienstreise \u00fcberstehen, ohne zusammenzubrechen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist das eigentliche Spiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kleines Experiment f\u00fcr n\u00e4chste Woche (Startzeit unter 2 Minuten)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ich verwende eine \u201cWiedereinreise-Mindestanzahl\u201d in Heimwochen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00e4glich 10 Minuten Bewegung (Spazierg\u00e4nge z\u00e4hlen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wasser vor Koffein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein best\u00e4ndiger Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr das Zubettgehen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Regel lautet:&nbsp;<em>Verpasse niemals zweimal hintereinander die Grundlagen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rebuilding Rhythm After Travel Coming home after a big trip sounds like it should feel like relief.
